During a recent trip to Atlanta, Georgia, a RDN colleague/friend shared a fresh Georgia peach. I have consumed many fresh peaches in my life…mostly from Washington State and California. My friend had spoken rapturously about Georgia peaches – I was sure she was exaggerating. She was not. A Georgia peach is like no other peach – it’s flavor, texture, and sweetness are extraordinarily unique. So simple, yet so complex – sort of like this photo.
