Contest Entry

My daughter Madeleine (age 9), my son Christopher (age 7), and I had fun making the siggi's Coconut & Date Protein Bites from Food & Nutrition Magazine's January/February 2017 issue. For our variation, we stuffed dried apple slices with the filling and also made "apple pizzas" (slices of apple spread with peanut butter and covered in the filling).
