Spanish Food Vocabulary: Improving Communication with Mexican Immigrants

      Vocabulary used for foods in Spanish-speaking countries often varies by country and sometimes within regions of countries. In Mexico, many food names come from Náhuatl, the language of the Aztecs. Recognizing and using these names can influence dietary practice.
