2015 Lenna Frances Cooper Memorial Lecture: Success in Dietetics: Inspired by Farmers, Flavor, and Fun!

      Editor’s Note: This lecture was first presented on Sunday, October 4, 2015, at the Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo in Nashville, TN. This lecture has been edited from its original version to fit within a print format.I could not be prouder to give the 2015 Lenna Frances Cooper Memorial Lecture. Last year at this time, I wouldn’t have been able to do this talk. I had left what many in our profession considered a dream job at the Culinary Institute of America. I was 3 months into doing consulting, being my own boss, and I was the neediest women on the planet.
